Shewolf's father raised her to be his successor as a military leader. She stood firm against the Gira Empire. Getting her hands dirty in many battles. One fateful day she and her militia were captured and sent to the arena as a way of sending a message. 

In one battle she got mortally wounded. As she lay dying Kairis made her a deal to save her life. The Gira Biological Society enhanced Shewolf's physiology to superhuman levels. Giving her strengthened bones, skins, and muscles in exchange for service of the Empire.

They also tampered with her brain. Transforming her into a semi-feral creature.
